Which services do these terms cover?

These terms cover the hair transplant and hair restoration services of Hair In Mexico | Trasplante De Cabello, located at Avenida Huayakan, Calle Ciricote, Supermanzana 313, Manzana 257, 77533 Cancún, Quintana Roo, México. They include hair, beard and eyebrow transplants, supporting treatments such as PRP and mesotherapy, and the all-inclusive package that goes with a procedure.

Can Hair in Mexico guarantee a specific result?

Hair in Mexico cannot guarantee a specific result. Every patient’s outcome depends on factors such as genetics, age, general health, the donor area and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. The medical team discusses your goals and realistic expectations with you before treatment and does its best to achieve them.

Is the free consultation a medical diagnosis?

The free online consultation is informational, not a diagnosis. The estimate you receive is based on the photos and information you send. Your final treatment plan is confirmed only after the medical team assesses you in person at the clinic, and it may change as a result.

Can the medical team decline treatment?

The medical team may decline or postpone treatment if it is not medically suitable for you or if it is unlikely to give you a reasonable result. You must provide a complete and accurate medical history, including any medications you take and any medical conditions you have. Before your procedure, you receive information about its risks and benefits, have the chance to ask questions, and sign an informed consent.

How do appointments and reservations work?

All appointments must be scheduled in advance, by phone, WhatsApp or the website form. Once your treatment plan is confirmed, the coordinator guides you through a reservation that secures your procedure date. On procedure day, please arrive at the time you are given so the team can complete the necessary paperwork.

How can you pay?

Hair in Mexico accepts cash, credit cards and debit cards. Financing through third-party providers may be offered where available, subject to the provider’s own terms and approval. The amount of any reservation payment, and when the remaining balance is due, are set out in your quote.

What does the all-inclusive package include?

The all-inclusive package includes the items listed in your quote, such as the procedure, airport and clinic transfers, and hotel accommodation. Flights, travel documents and any travel insurance are your responsibility unless your quote states otherwise.

Can you cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving Hair in Mexico at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact the coordinator by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible. Conditions for any reservation payment are explained when you reserve your date.

What is the guarantee certificate?

The guarantee certificate is a document issued by the Hair in Mexico clinic management for your procedure. Its terms and conditions are set out in the certificate itself and explained to you by the clinic.

What are your responsibilities after the procedure?

After your procedure, you receive aftercare instructions. Following them closely is essential for the best possible outcome, and not following them may affect your result.

How should you use the information on this website?

The content on the Hair in Mexico website, including articles, photos and answers to questions, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace an assessment by the medical team. Before and after photos show individual patients and do not promise the same result for you.

What are the limits of our liability?

To the extent permitted by law, Hair in Mexico’s liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Mexican law.

How do we protect your information?

Hair in Mexico keeps your personal and medical information confidential, except where the law requires otherwise or you give your consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer. Before going to court, we will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly.

Can these terms change?

Hair in Mexico may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date, and the version in force when you book applies to your treatment.
